Summary

Are you ready for new challenges? We are looking for a Middle Data Engineer for an AI project!

You will work with the founder of one of the largest AI/ML communities worldwide. The project goal is to build a series of models and decision intelligence signals to help with decision-making.

What is so great about this project?

There is already a working product - the team finished phase one with some large pieces of data we used for the initial models.

Now the team starts the phase two, including more data sources and a more complex data structure, as well as new models to build reports and address ten key questions our client needs.

Who are the people I am going to work with?

There is a Senior Python Engineer, two awesome Middle Python Engineers, and a PM on our side. There is a Senior Data Scientist and Senior Data Engineer on a client’s side involved in the project development who make up a highly skilled and fun team to work with.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with Python;

  • Experience with Apache Airflow;

  • Solid knowledge of Selenium;

  • Solid knowledge of Django/Flask REST frameworks;

  • Good understanding and experience with relational databases(Postgres) and ORM (SQLAlchemy);

  • Proficiency in AWS, Docker, CI/CD;

  • At least an intermediate strong level of English.
Would be a plus

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning/Data Science tools (spacy/TensorFlow/scikit-learn/NLTK).
Responsibilities

  • Development of ETL pipelines for different data sources;

  • Maintaining and improving efficiency and accuracy of data extraction, transformation, and loading;

  • Research and develop solutions to overcome complex analytics challenges;

  • Writing comprehensive documentation (such as data models etc).
