The team

We are looking for a Head of PM / Delivery Manager with solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen to lead the PM department.

The department consists of 4 Project Managers, we plan to grow the department in the nearest future. Normally, there are 12-15 projects to manage by the whole team.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Delivery processes;

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a PM in outsourcing/outstaffing industry;

  • Understanding of project documents and the ability to crate/improve MSAs/SOWs;

  • Experience building AM-based/Project based upsell process;

  • Experience with pre-sales and new projects onboarding (facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables);

  • High-level understanding of technologies (project building blocks like: UI, BE, DevOps, etc...);

  • Ability to lead Cross-functional/Cloud-native teams across locations and stakeholders;

  • Good knowledge of tools, such as: Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Resource unitization, and allocation software, and Digital signature software;

  • Sense of urgency and ability to quickly make appropriate operational decisions;

  • Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from beginning to end, including coordination of resources, budget, meetings, and feedback;

  • Manage continuous revenue and its growth;

  • Manage project growth/AM/upsell;

  • Take part in the projects onboarding process;

  • Set up and support existing KPI/Metrics across all projects;

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Project Managers' teams;

  • PM/PMO Backlog (having an open and clear backlog for the PM/PMO future, L&D);

  • Monitor and manage tech quality across all projects;

  • Overview and manage vacancies opened by Delivery Department in both projects and bench.

  • Make strategic growth decisions related to talent acquisition.
It would be a plus:

  • Worked with the NHS or Healthcare industry in an implementation/service delivery role;

  • - PMP or similar certification;


  • - Previous experience with Software development as a Tech/Team lead.
