Requirements

  • Work experience as a HRM 3+ years;

  • Managing employee lifecycle meetings (e.g. Onboarding, One-on-one, Off-boarding process);

  • Performance management (e.g. Evaluations, Probation Closure, etc);

  • L&D management (e.g. Trainings, Events, etc);

  • Maintenance of data and HR processes in retention activities;

  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English;

  • Working with ZohoPeople HRMS system would be a plus
Responsibilities

  • Keep public policies up-to-date;

  • Benefits management;

  • Solving day-by-day cases with employees;

  • Take a part of cultural interviews;

  • Providing support to employees including answering questions, researching and resolving issues;

  • Organizing polls and gather analysis (e.g. ESAT, Turnover, Employee engagement level);

  • Organizing team buildings, workations and internal / public event activities;

  • Taking part in developing creative solutions for team buildings, to work together with management on organizational culture and people strategy.
