We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will complement our team. We have a great professional team with 2 Recruiters, and we are pleased to invite a specialist with solid experience and a friendly personality to work closely with us.
A professional who can help us build the first stage of the recruiting process and find the right match between candidates and vacancies.

Requirements

  • 1 + years of relevant sourcing experience in the IT market

  • Strong research skills, experience in Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools

  • Experience working with any CRM system

  • General knowledge of IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking). We’re working with Python, React.js, Angular, Java, AWS, etc

  • Proactive, сreative in sourcing strategy, and attentive to the details person

  • At least intermediate level of English
Responsibilities

  • Searching candidates on Linkedin, StackOverflow, GitHub, and more

  • Sourcing and headhunting IT specialists of all level

  • Screening CV`s according to requirements

  • Initial contact with candidates, scheduling initial calls

  • Pushing qualified candidates to CRM database

  • Improving skills and participating in the full-cycle recruitment process in the future

  • Maintaining relationships with candidates and building a strong positive passive pipeline

  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Collaboration with recruitment team department
