What is this project about?

This is a product-oriented FinTech startup based in the UK and has closed Series A in 2019. The team have won multiple government grants and award nominations for innovation.

The product is an investment platform for small and medium-sized businesses, where users can apply for financial assistance or find investors willing to support them. The main idea is to find a perfect match between clients and investors.

You will be joining a team of engineers and technologists who are working to build a high-quality modern SaaS product. Work on a product, see the result of your work immediately.

Who are the people I am going to work with?

We’re looking to grow our engineering team to continue our scale with 3,000 advisers using our platform. Expect to work closely with our product design team, enjoy design thinking and be in a high-performance product company!

You will be part of a distributed international team. There are PM, UI, data, java engineers involved in the project development, who make up a highly skilled and fun team to work with.

Also, our PM Mykola is making sure everything, and everyone works smoothly.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as AQA or Manual (who is ready to learn AQA quickly);

  • Experience in Unit testing;

  • Experience testing in JavaScript, TypeScript (or open to learning quickly);

  • Knowledge of testing methodologies;

  • *Interest in learning new testing tools, techniques, and frameworks;

  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with Cypress tool for web testing;

  • You will be doing automated testing to the FinTech product;

  • Constant communication with multinational team (the UK, UA, and Portuguese).
