Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of relevant experience as a PR or Marketing Manager in an IT company.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, IT marketing channels both for recruiting and client acquisition.

  • Experience with analytics using: Google Analytics, Hotjar, SimilarWeb.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Being able to create a technical task for the copywriter and manage its execution.

  • Content Marketing: create and manage content plans.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Experience working with ads and remarketing;

  • A highly motivated self-starter who thrives working in a complex and diverse environment.

  • A degree in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
Responsibilities

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for a variety of marketing materials.

  • Target audience and competitors benchmarking.

  • Maintain PR functions (incl. in social media, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Clutch, etc...).

  • Plan and Implement SEO techniques.

  • Deploy and analyze marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

  • Manage corporate website.

  • Improve internal and external conversions.
