What is so great about this project?

This is a project with a global and important mission. The team is passionate about improving the quality of mental health content on the web, expanding access to therapy, and helping people find mental help as soon as possible.

What is this project about?

The client is based in the US and is challenging the healthcare industry. The goal of the platform is to help increase access to mental & behavioural health information as well as make it easier to find a licensed therapist.

The project is an online therapy platform that serves clients across the U.S. We make it easy for people to find the right therapist, book an appointment online in minutes, and connect for a video therapy session on a day and time that’s convenient.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QA working experience;

  • Knowledge of software testing related best practices;

  • Good knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques;

  • Well Organized, structured, and independent QA specialist.

  • Experience with QA documentation: test case, test plan, bag reports, test deadlines, summary reports;

  • Knowledge of testing tools like TestRail;

  • Strong intermediate or higher written and spoken English;
We expect you to:

  • Write test cases using test design techniques;

  • Deliver bugfixes across different environments and creating bug reports;

  • Requirements analysis and writing testing notes;

  • Communicate directly with the client.
