Requirements

  • Solid experience. 1.5 - 2 years of experience in the full cycle of IT recruiting processes;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • General knowledge of IT market and IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking);

  • To enjoy the process!

  • Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search;

  • At least intermediate level of English, because we have the opportunity to communicate with end-customers.
We expect you to

  • Do the basics. Participate in the full recruitment process from applications, job creation, interview stages to the offer;

  • Keep it organised. Maintain the recruitment ATS, ensuring the information is up-to-date for all open positions;

  • Opt for the long-term. Maintain warm relationships with candidates and build strong positive communication;

  • Delegate and automate. Leave all the routine work to the technology and automate all necessary processes.

  • Know the people. Collaborate closely with the hiring team, PMs, Sales team, and Marketing department.

  • Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.

  • Trust the numbers. Slowly but firmly incorporate analytics into daily operations.
