What is this position about?

Our Head of Business Development - Taras is looking for a person who will provide an extra boost to our sales and business development activities.

Meaning - more closed deals and contracts to benefit us all.

What about the team?

You will join a team of 4: Taras & Daryna in business development and Bozhena & Yulia - fun to work with marketing combo.

Be ready to work hard and have a lot of fun. There are online meetings on a daily basis however we try to meet from time to time offline for work and team buildings.

Is this a challenge for you?

Indeed, the team will be there to guide you and there are many lessons to be learned. However, are you the person who can be its own CEO?

Can you come up with a solution before asking for help? For example, if you see the issue, would you suggest possible solutions not just expecting somebody else to fix things up?

Key requirements:

  • Great English (advanced)

  • Solid multitasking and self-management

  • Understanding of sales and software development cycles (google it before interview)

  • Detail oriented

  • Proactive personality

  • Fast learner

  • Sense of humor (is a must)
Would be a plus:

  • 0,5+ years in IT sales/engagement

  • Good with number and analytics

  • Any non-profitable/student organization member

  • Locally in Lviv
