Project:

OnlyTeams is a growing platform to match software engineering teams and customers. So far we have built 6 teams with world-wide engineers working on international products and reaching new heights.

Challenge:
Do you enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their best? We need you! We are looking forward to welcoming in our team a dedicated Project Management who will step in to manage multiple outstaffing teams.

Team:
This is an opportunity to work directly with company co-founders - Andrew and Roman. The OnlyTeams is a new project where Andrew and Roman take active part and invest their time for this project to succeed.

There is already a very senior team of developers in Ukraine and also some international candidates from Jordan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Brazi.

As successful entrepreneurs, co-founders believe this platform will be huge and put a lot of effort into this project. Would you like to join the team on this challenge?

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Project Manager 1+ years or less;

  • Experience with business and requirements analysis;

  • Extensive experience with budgeting and estimations;

  • Good communication and negotiation skills;

  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile;

  • Any domain expertise would be a plus;

  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities

  • Identification and definition of project scope;

  • Business and requirements analysis;

  • Budgeting and estimations;

  • Deliver project requirements, expectations, and timelines;

  • Responsible for operational efficiency & effectiveness of the teams.
